上海竹园第二污水处理厂除臭工程设计

摘    要:上海竹园第二污水处理厂处理规模50万m3/d,主要产生臭气的污染源为进水闸门格栅井、细格栅及旋流沉砂池、厂区污水泵房、生物池配水井等。通过植物提取液喷雾法、生物除臭法、化学除臭法和活性氧除臭法的综合比较,最终选用活性氧除臭法,再通过对这些构筑物进行加盖封闭,并对臭气进行收集,达到较好的除臭效果。恶臭中的硫化氢、甲硫醇、氨等平均去除效率达78%以上,处理后的气体无明显臭味,符合相关排放标准。

Abstract:Shanghai Zhuyuan No.2 Sewage Treatment Works is designed with the scale of five hundred thousand m3/d. The pollutant sources to odor are from inflow gate grid well, fine grid, whirling settling basin, yard sewage bumping room and distribution well for biological pond, etc. Through a comprehensive comparing of botanical essences spray-on process, biological, chemical and reactive oxygen odor removal methods, the reactive oxygen odor removal method is recommended. After plugging and sealing these structures and collecting odor, great removal effect has been obtained. The average removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and ammonia has been more than 78% , and the gas could meet with the related discharge standard without obvious odor.
