| 摘 要： | 报道并解析了盐酸度洛西汀的红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱、氢-氢相关谱、碳谱(13C-NMR,DEPT)、碳氢相关谱、碳氢远程相关谱,对所有1HNMR和13CNMR谱的信号进行归属,同时讨论了红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。

| Abstract: | The infrared spectrum,ultraviolet spectrum,mass spectrum,1HNMR,1H-1H correlated spectroscopy(1H-1H COSY),13CNMR,distoritionless enhancement by polarization transfer(DEPT),(1H detected) heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence(HMQC),(1H detected) heteronuclear multiple-bond coherence(HMBC) of duloxetine hydrochloride were reported and interpreted.All the 1HNMR and 13CNMR chemical shift were assigned by means of 1H-1H COSY,DEPT,HMQC and HMBC.The vibrations in infrared spectrum from the functional groups were discussed. |
