| 摘 要： | 基于创新网络是多元素协同体系的观点,探究中药制药企业的合作创新模式,研究其如何通过选择创新合作伙伴以实现创新目标,并为企业实施合作创新战略提出建议。运用社会网络分析软件Ucinet,构建我国中药行业大型企业合作创新网络,归纳分析其网络结构特征。分析结果显示:企业更偏好与高校合作,且与高校合作创新效率更高。因此,企业在选择合作创新伙伴时,应将高校作为合作主体,科研院所、医院、政府机构及其他企业是合作创新网络的重要补充。
