| 摘 要： | 目的观察血塞通软胶囊联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法将入选的63例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组32例,给予甲钴胺及其他常规治疗;治疗组31例,在对照组基础上联合血塞通软胶囊治疗,疗程均为30 d。结论治疗组有效率71.0%,对照组50.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论血塞通软胶囊配合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xuesaitong Soft Capsule Combined with Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 63 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in the control group were given methylcobalamin and other conventional treatment. 31 cases in treatment group, on the basis of the control group treatment, were treated with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule. Results The effective rate in treatment group is 71%, The control group is 50%. ConclusionXuesaitong Soft Capsule Combined with Mecobalamin to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective and safe. |
