美沙酮疗效及副作用对美沙酮维持治疗脱失率的影响分析

目的：探讨美沙酮疗效及其副作用对于美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）脱失率的影响。方法以2006年9月至2007年10月在南昌市东湖区和西湖区两个MMT门诊就诊者705例为研究对象，采用问卷调查方法，用Cox回归模型进行分析。结果单因素Cox分析显示：影响MMT脱失的因素为吃饭比原来好、体重增加和皮疹。多因素Cox回归分析显示：吃饭比原来好时脱失者少，而出现皮疹的美沙酮受治者脱失率明显增高。结论 MMT不仅是一项单纯的给服美沙酮工作，更应多了解就诊者的主观感受和客观身体状况，进行切实有效的咨询和干预，从而减少脱失率。

Analysis of the effects and side effects of Methadone on Dropout from methadone maintenance treatment among drug addicts

Objective To investigate the effects and side effects of methadone on the loss of drug addicts at methadone main-tenance treatment （MMT） outpatient. Methods From September 2006 to October 2007,705 drug addicts who had participated two MMT outpatient departments of Donghu and Xihu district in Nanchang city were investigated with questionnaire. Cox regression was used to analyze influence of effects and side effects of methadone on the loss of MMT drug addicts. Results The single factor Cox regression analysis suggested that appetite,weight gain,and skin rash could influence the loss of MMT patients. The further multivariate factor Cox regression showed that a good appetite could reduce the loss of patients ,and more patients would escape from MMT outpatient because of skin rash. Conclusion MMT is not a simple job as just giving methadone. The physical and men-tal situation of patients should be more appreciated,and then we could carry out more effective consultation and intervention to re-duce the loss of patients.
