高铬铸铁型自保护药芯焊丝堆焊组织与性能分析

摘    要:研制了一种自保护高铬铸铁型药芯焊丝,对其堆焊金属组织与性能进行了分析,结果表明:堆焊金属表面硬度达到HRC60以上,堆焊金属显微组织主要为马氏体+残余奥氏体+M7C3型碳化物;初生碳化物主要沿堆焊层向母材方向生长,其表面硬度为HV1783,侧面为HV1127;共晶碳化物围绕在初生碳化物周围生长,其显微硬度为HV830;在相同磨损条件下磨损1h后,堆焊金属相对耐磨性为Q235钢的14倍左右,在药芯中加入适量的稀土氧化物能提高堆焊金属的耐磨性。

Analysis of microstructures and properties on hardfacing metal of self-shielded flux-cored wire with high chromium cast iron type

Abstract:A self-shielded flux-cored wire with high chromium cast iron is developed. The microstructures and properties of the hardfacing metal are analyzed. The results show that, the hardness of the hardfacing metal is above HRC60 and the microstructures are mainly composed ofmartensite, residual austenite and M7C3 type carbides. The growth direction of the primary carbide is nearly perpendicular to the matrix. The surface hardness of the primary carbide is about HV1783 and the side is HV1127. The eutectic carbide is around the primary carbide, whose hardness is HV830. The relative wear resistance of the hardfacing metal is about 14 times as Q235 steel. Meanwhile, appropriate amount of RE oxide can improve the wear resistance of the hardfacing metal.
