摘    要:摘 要:乌山铜钼矿属于大型低品位铜钼矿床,近年来一直通过各种研究手段提高一段铜钼的回收率,最终研究发现通过中矿再选的这种方式可以有效的提高铜钼的回收率,即开出浮选流程中的精一底流+扫一泡沫进行单独再选,而且中矿再选的这种方式,不仅可以提高铜钼回收率,还能甩掉干扰浮选指标的细泥,提高混合精矿的品质,进而可能优化铜钼分离指标。通过一系列的试验研究,最终钼回收率提高3%-5%,铜根据不同矿性略有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:Abstract: Wushan copper-molybdenum mine is a large-scale low-grade copper-molybdenum deposit. In recent years, it has been improving the recovery rate of copper and molybdenum through various research methods. Finally, it has been found that this method can effectively improve the recovery rate of copper-molybdenum through medium mine re-election , That is, to separate the single stream and sweep the foam in the flotation process for separate re-election, and the method of re-election in the mine can not only improve the recovery rate of copper and molybdenum, but also throw off the fine mud that interferes with the flotation index , To improve the quality of the mixed concentrate, which may further optimize the copper and molybdenum separation indicators. Through a series of experimental studies, the final molybdenum recovery rate has increased by 3% -5%, and copper has increased slightly to different degrees according to different mineralities.
