| 摘 要： | 作者旨在探讨跳远及跳高运动员下肢膝关节肌力特征及其与专项能力间的相互关系。通过具体指标,研究了运动员的身体形态、身体机能、运动素质的状况,运用数理统计法,依据运动训练学对体能结构的认识,为运动训练、科学选材及临床康复等提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The muscle strength characteristics of knee joints of jumping event players and its impact on their sports ability are discussed.Their physique,physical function and sports quality are studied with concrete indexes.Statistically,some theoretical references for training,player selection and clinic recovery are proposed on the basis of the understanding about physical fitness in sports training theory. |
