摘    要:采用规模为500L/d的一体式中空纤维膜生物反应器对常州某印染厂的印染废水处理进行了研究。该装置在现场连续运行了80d。实验结果表明:当进水COD为600~1200mg/L时,出水COD为52~97mg/L,COD去除率为90%。膜的截留作用占总去除率的10%。20%,NH3-N去除率为90%~95%,色度去除率为60%~75%。采用膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理印染废水技术可行、操作简单、易于管理,可为工业规模应用提供技术参考。

Abstract:A submerged hollow fiber membrane bioreactor with capacity of 500 L/d was used for treatment of dying wastewater from a dyeing factory in Changzhou. The MBR was continuously operated for 80 days to treat dyeing wastewater in the factory. Research result suggested that when the inlet COD level was 600 - 1 200 mg/L, in the effluent of the reactor it dropped down to 52 - 97 mg/L. About 10% - 20% of COD was caught by membrane. Removal ratios of about 90%, 90% -95%, 60% -75% had been obtained for COD, NH3 - N, chrominance respectively. The result of this work could be reference for the designing of industrial scale MBR process for treatment of the dyeing wastewater.
