桂枝茯苓胶囊配伍米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊配伍米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效。方法对照组给予单纯米非司酮药物治疗,研究组给予米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,记录两组子宫肌瘤患者治疗效果,将所得数据经专业统计学检验后获得结论。结果两组子宫肌瘤患者经上述相应措施治疗后,研究组临床总有效率高达88.64%,对照组临床总有效率仅为68.18%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P0.05)。提示研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论对子宫肌瘤患者给予桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Observation the Effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The control group received drug treatment of mifepristone. The study group received Guizhi Fuling capsule and mifepristone. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was recorded, and the resulting data were obtained after professional statistical test. Results After treatment via the appropriate measures, the clinical total effect of the study group up to 88. 64%, the total effect of the control group was only 68. 18%, and the comparative results were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids can significantly improve the clinical effect, and is conducive to the protection of patients’ quality of life and life safety.
