钝化黑索今薄膜及其感度的研究

摘    要:炸药黑索今和钝感剂硬脂酸按一系列比例,用PVD技术研制成钝化黑索今炸药薄膜。通过试验和理论分析对钝化黑索今薄膜的结构做了研究,同时还研究了钝化黑索今薄膜的撞击感度和摩擦感度,得出了钝化黑索今薄膜的结构状况、撞击感度和摩擦感度结果,找出了钝感剂硬脂酸的最佳添加量。

Abstract:Desensitized RDX explosive film has been developed by PVD technology from explosive RDX and desensitized composition stearic acid at certain proportion. Structure, impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of desensitized RDX film have been investigated by experiment and theoretical analysis. Film structure, impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity results have been obtained. Optimum adding amount of desensitizing composition stearic acid has been found.
