摘    要:摘 要:特色烤烟即是优质有个性的烤烟,对其质量形成的机理还十分缺乏了解。通过对烟草及其他植物受不良环境因素诱导产生的氧化胁迫的防御反应研究资料的综合分析,提出烟叶香气的前体物质如类胡萝卜素、酚类、还原糖和氨基酸等具有还原性,可能是烟草对不良环境因素诱导的氧化胁迫的防御反应的产物,即主要是非酶抗氧化物。特色烟的质量形成可能与其适应各种环境因素诱导的氧化胁迫有密切的关系,对此进行深入研究,有可能揭开特色烟质量形成的机理。

Abstract:The quality character of specific flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher quantity and with a bardians tyle.The quality formed mechanism of specific flue-tobacco leaves remained poorly understood.In thep resent study,we reviewed the articles about defense response of tobacco and other plants to oxidative stressi nduced by abiotic stresses.Proposed that precursors of tobacco leaves aromatic substances,sucha sβ-carotene,phenolic compounds,reducing sugar,and amino acid,had reductive property and probablyw ere the production of defense response to oxidative stress induced by abiotic stresses.Precursors off lue-tobacco leaves aromatic substances probably were main non-enzyme antioxidants.The quality of specificf lue-tobacco leaves may be formed by defending oxidative stress.If studying it thoroughly the quality formedm echanism of specific flue-tobacco leaves would be revealed.
