摘    要:目的 建立面肌痉挛 (HFS)动物模型 ,探讨异常肌反应 (AMR)与F波之间的相关性。方法  10只新西兰大白兔采用出茎乳孔段面神经主干脱髓鞘和血管压迫的方法复制HFS动物模型。术后第 6周 ,刺激面神经下颌缘支 ,分别在同侧眼轮匝肌和颏肌上检测AMR及F波 ,比较AMR/M、F/M波幅比率和AMR、F波持续时间之间的关系。结果 AMR/M和F/M波幅比率之间具有明显的相关性 (r=0 .86 0 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ;AMR和F波持续时间之间也呈明显的相关性 (r =0 .770 2 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 F波与AMR有同源性 ;F波为HFS的术前诊断、术中监测和术后随访提供了更为直接的电生理指标

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between abnormal muscle response (AMR) and F-wave by establishing animal model of hemifacial spasm.Methods Both demyelination in the main trunk of the facial nerve just ajacent to the extracranial opening of stylomastoid foramen and vascular compression were used to duplicate animal model of hemifacial spasm in 10 New Zealand white rabbits. AMR and F waves were elicited from the orbicularis oculi and mentalis muscle respectively by stimulating marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve at 6 weeks postoperatively. The correlation was analyzed between AMR/M and F/M amplitude ratio, and AMR and F-wave duration.Results There was a linear correlation between the mean value of the AMR/M amplitude ratio and that of the F/M ratio(r=0.8602, P <0.01), and a linear correlation could also be found between the duration of AMR and that of F waves(r=0.7702, P <0.01).Conclusion Enhanced F waves and AMR have the same origin. F-wave can be regarded as a more directly index for diagnosing preoperatively, monitoring intraoperatively and following-up postoperatively in hemifacial spasm.
