Shh蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达

目的观察宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中Shh蛋白的表达,探讨宫颈癌中Shh的异常激活与宫颈癌之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织Shh蛋白的表达。结果 Shh在正常宫颈组织中不表达或低表达,而在癌组织中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织,且其表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小无显著相关,而与其分化程度密切相关,随着分化程度的降低,表达显著增强。结论 Hedgehog信号通路中Shh蛋白表达上调可能参与了宫颈癌的发病,其在宫颈癌的发生、发展等方面可能具有重要作用。

Expression and Significance of Shh in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To observe the expression of Shh in cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues and investigate the correlation between the abnormal expression of Shh and that of cervical carcinoma.Methods Expression of Shh was detected by immunohistochemistry in cervical carcinoma as well as in normal cervical tissues.Results Shh was not expressed or seldom expressed in normal cervical tissues.Up-regulation of Shh was more obviously expressed in cervical carcinoma than in normal cervical tissues.The increased Shh level was disassociated with age and tumorous size,but was significantly correlated with histological grades.Conclusions Up-regulation of Shh in Hedgehog signaling pathway might get involved in cervical carcinoma,and it might do a lot in the course of developing and progressing cervical carcinoma.
