| 摘 要： | 探讨葛根素联用极化液对急性心肌梗死患者治疗前后ＱＴ离散度、校正ＱＴ间散离散度的影响,以及严重室性心律失常的发生率。方法：采用随机单盲方法,将５５例ＡＭＩ患者分为治疗组和对照组,测定２组患者用药前后的ＱＴｄ和ＱＴｃｄ,及严重室性心律失常的发生率。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the effects of puerarin combine with polarizing
liquor,isosorbide dinitrate and magnesium sulfate and control group of western medicine on
variation of QT dispersion (QTd) and QTc dispersion (QTcd) in the patients with acute
myocardial infarction (AMI),and the effects on the incidence of serious vertricular
arrhythmias.MethodsA
random,singleblind and respective study was performed in the two groups,the QTd and QTcd
before and after treatment were determined.Results① The QTd and QTcd of both
groups were significantly decreased (all P<0.01）.②The incidence of serious ventricular arrhythmias of treatment group
(10.3％,3／29）
was significantly lower than that of control group (34.6％,9/26),P<0.05.ConclusionsCombine with puerarin and western medicine may be decrease QTd and
the incidence of serious ventricular arrhythmias in the patients with AMI. |
