聚合物驱原油破乳剂JHW的研究与应用

摘    要:由于外来的表面活性剂以及高分子聚合物进入油藏,导致原油产出液形成的O/W乳状液比较稳定.现场使用常规的破乳剂存在原油脱水速度慢。脱水后原油含水率以及污水含油率高。不能满足电脱水的要求。在研究聚合物驱原油乳状液形成的条件和机理的基础上。通过室内合成,研制出了JHW阳离子破乳剂。现场试验表明,该破乳剂脱水速度快.污水含油率低,JHW破乳剂在用量为常规破乳剂的一半的条件下.仍然满足现场聚合物驱化学脱水的要求。

Abstract:Enhanced recovery techniques are used for steady oil production and water control,in which polymer and 3 element composition drive,the polymer-alkali-surfactant drives are the representative techniques for tertiary recovery.Foreign surfactant and high molecular polymer enter into the reservoirs,which can result in more steady O/W emulsion created by produced fluid in crude oil.In conventional demulsifier used in the field,dewatering in crude oil is slow,water content of crude oil and oil content in sewage after dewatering are high,which can not meet the requirements of electric dewatering.On the basis of studying the conditions and mechanism of emulsion formed in polymer displacement,JHW anodic demulsifier is developed by laboratory synthesis.Field test indicates that its dewatering is fast.Oil content in sewage is low,under the condition that JHW is half as conventional demulsifier,it can still meet the requirements of chemical dewatering for field polymer displacement.
