| 摘 要： | 研究了本公司生产的芳香族聚醚型阴离子聚氨酯乳液皮革涂饰剂系列产品:FU-801(软性)、FU-802(中软)、FU-803(中硬)的物理力学性能、乳液稳定性、耐水耐甲苯性能等,以及在服装革、沙发革、鞋面革等皮革品种涂饰中的应用特性。结果表明,本系列聚氨酯涂饰剂具有优良的物理力学性能、优良的耐水和耐溶剂性能、良好的压花成型性能,涂层手感干爽、弹性好、外观自然,耐干擦、湿擦性能优良,可广泛用于各种皮革的底层、面层、顶层涂饰。由于其特殊的耐水性和突出的粘着力,可用作耐水洗革的涂饰。
