灵巧型梁预测变形的一种高精度方法

摘    要:目的是开发一种有效的方法简单而准确地检测挠性结构的变形,以承受未知横向载荷的梁为研究模型,将梁均匀分割成若干单元,在每个单元中心布上应变片,按Timoshenko梁变形假设,引入有限元基本原理,推导了一种能够仅仅依据应变片的读数即可求解梁的变形的计算方法,理论和实验都证明了这一方法的可行性和准确性,该方法能够很容易地掖去预测其它复杂结构的变形。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to develop an effective method that can simply and accurately monitor the deflections of flexible structrues.A beam under an unknown traverse load is chosen as the studying model.The beam is uniformly divided in several segments,and strain gages are placed at centers of each segments.On the base of Timoshenko strain hypothesis finite element principle is introduced here to develop an algorithm which can give the deflections of a beam only according to the strain gage readings.Furthermore,theoretical and experimental performance are presented,that can prove the feasibility and accuracy of this algorithm.The method can be easily extended to predict the deflections of other complex smart structrues.
