| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统的迅速发展,对电力通信网中网络资源的管理变得尤为重要,同时,GIS技术的发展为将其引入电力系统通信网络资源的管理提供了契机。文章介绍了GIS技术的相关概念,讨论了电力通信网资源管理系统的功能构成,并对GIS技术在资源管理系统中的相关应用进行了分析。
