料台超载远程报警装置设计

摘    要:基于Cortex-M3内核的ARM芯片STM32F 107构建的料台超载远程报警装置,包括了STM32应用单元、重力检测、GSM通信、人机接口、声光报警、串口通信、电源等单元.当料台物料越限时,由重力传感器得到超重信号,借助GSM模块发送短信进行远程报警,同时产生本地声光报警.软件上嵌入μ C/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,建立了重力检测任务、GSM通信任务、独立按键任务、数码管显示、系统指示灯任务等多任务.装置具有短信设置、短信查询、短信报警等功能,满足了实际生产运用的需求.该装置适用于各种远程监控和报警的应用场合,具有较好的市场前景.

Abstract:This paper describes the overload remote alarm devices of material platform, it is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core chip STM32F107, includes STM32 application unit, gravity testing, GSM communications, man-machine interface, indicate alarm, serial communication, power unit etc. When the material is over limited, the local sound and light alarm are generated by overweight signal which is obtained by the gravitysensor, and remote alarm is realized by GSM module sending messages. The μ C/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system is embedded in software, and multi-task is established such as gravity detection task, GSM communication task, independent key task, digital display, system indicator task, etc. With reasonable distribution of resources, each task is guaranteed real-time and reliability. Through the actual production, the functions such as text set, SMS query, SMS alarm, etc. are realized, and the application requirement of actual production is satisfied. The device can be applied to remote control and alarm applications, and it has good market prospect.
