摘    要:进行了内电解法处理α-萘胺废水的研究,考察了溶液初始浓度、初始pH值、停留时间、铁炭比、铁屑粒度对处理效果的影响,得到了内电解法处理α-萘胺废水的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,微电解工艺对低浓度α-萘胺废水有良好的降解效果,在溶液初始pH值2.5、停留时间90 min、铁炭质量比5∶1、铁屑粒度0.06 mm(30目)时,α-萘胺降解率达93.2%,溶液总碳(TC)去除率达82.4%。

Abstract:The treatment of α-naphthalenamin wastewater by iron-carbon internal electrolysis is studied. The influences of the original concentration of solution, the original pH value, the residence time, the mass ratio of iron to carbon and the iron particle size on the treatment effect are studied, and the optimum technology conditions are obtained. The results show that the iron-carbon internal electrolysis can be applied to treat α-naphthalenamin wastewater of lower concentration, and when the pH value of the solution is 2.5, the reaction time is 90 min, the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 5 : 1, and the iron particle size is 0.6 mm (30 meshes), the degradation rate of α-naphthalenamin reaches 93. 2%, and the total carbon removal rate reaches 82.4%.
