| 摘 要： | 采用水相自由基聚合反应的方法,制备了一种新型的可用于油田固井的聚羧酸分散剂PC-F42L,并对其性能进行了评价。评价结果表明,新研制的分散剂PC-F42L对水泥浆的流变性能具有较强的调控能力,分散效果显著,其加量为0.5%～1%(BWOC)时,所配制的水泥浆初始稠度低,流性指数随着分散剂加量的增加逐渐增大;并与常用的降失水剂、缓凝剂有良好的相容性;在通常使用的几种水泥浆体系中的性能优于目前常用的磺化醛酮缩聚物类分散剂。现场应用表明,使用PC-F42L所配制的水泥浆流动性能良好,水泥浆失水量、稠化时间与抗压强度发展均能够满足要求,适用于油田固井。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a novel polycarboxylic acid dispersing agent PC-F42L is developed by using aqueous-phrasecopolymerization reaction. The experimental results show that PC-F42L has excellent rheological behavior control abilitywith the content of 0.5%-1% (by weight of cement), and the cement slurry has low initial thickness, along with the liquidityfactor getting bigger and bigger. Moreover, it has good compatibility with common oil cement retarders and fluid lossadditives, and it is also superior to the common used dispersing agent. The application shows that the cement slurry addedby PC-F42L, has good performances to satisfy the demand of cementing. |
