妊娠晚期孕妇凝血功能检测的临床意义

目的：探讨妊娠晚期孕妇凝血功能检测的临床意义。方法：采用日本Sysmex CA-1500全自动凝血分析仪,对168例妊娠晚期孕妇（实验组）和55例健康育龄非孕非孕妇女（对照组）进行凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原（Fib）及国际标准化比值（INR）等指标进行检测和比较。结果：实验组PT、APTT和INR值均较对照组明显降低（P〈0.01）,Fib则明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,两组TT值比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：妊娠晚期孕妇血液处于高凝状态,孕妇临产前进行凝血功能检测对预防和早期治疗产科并发症有重要意义。

Detection of Blood Coagulation Function in Terminal Pregnant Women and Its Clinical Significance

Objective：To explore the clinical significance of blood coagulation function detection in terminal pregnant women.Methods：Sysmex CA-1500 was applied to measuring plasma prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT）,fibrinogen（Fib） and international normalized ratio（INR） in 168 cases of terminal pregnant women（experiment group） and 55 cases of non-pregnant healthy women（control group）,and then the results were compared and analyzed.Results：Compared with those of control group,the level of PT,APTT and INR in experiment group were markedly lower,while Fib was significantly higher（all P 0.01）.There were no significant difference of TT in two groups.Conclusions：As the blood of terminal pregnant women is in hypercoagulable state,the detection of coagulation indices is important to prevent and early treat complications during and after parturition.
