大孔树脂分离纯化木瓜总三萜酸的研究

摘    要:对4种商品化大孔树脂吸附纯化木瓜总三萜酸性能进行对比筛选。试验结果表明:AB-8树脂最适合木瓜总三萜酸的纯化,在洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数为70%,上样液pH值为6时。采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对木瓜三萜酸进行纯化效果最优,产品的洗脱率达89.33%,纯度达36.51%。

Abstract:The purification of Chinese quince total triterpenes with four commercial macroporous resins was studied. The results showed that AB-8 was the most appropriate resin for the purification of Chinese quince total triterpenes, with an ethanol desorption agent concentration of 95%, working solution pH6, desorption ratio and product purity reached 89.33% and 36.51% respectively.
