摘    要:分析了无缝钢管连轧机高速连杆联轴器系统存在的设计缺陷,并针对缺陷提出改进方案。通过对鼓型齿接手、密封结构、凸台法兰结构及安全联轴器内部轴承型号的改进,解决了连杆震动、轴向窜动及安全销断裂等问题,提高了安全联轴器的整体强度及使用寿命,消除了设备故障,从而实现了降低生产成本的目标。

Abstract:The design defects of the high speed connecting rod coupling system for the tandem mill in the seamless steel tube tandem mill of Ansteel were analyzed. After that the improvement scheme was proposed.Then these troubles such as vibration of the connecting rod,axial movement and breaking of the safety pin are shot by improving the drum-gear pick, sealing mechanism, boss-flange structure and internal bearing designation of safety coupling,and the overall strength and service life of the safety coupling were improved and the equipment was not out of function at all.And therefore the goal of reducing the production cost was achieved.
