单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的临床经验

【摘要】〓目的〓探讨单操作孔胸腔镜技术对治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果及应用价值。方法〓选取本院2013年1月至2015年12月接受治疗的早期肺癌患者共80例,根据严格病理筛选,其中行单操作孔胸腔镜手术患者40例,与同期传统开胸手术患者40例,比较两组患者术中出血量、拔出引流管时间、总引流量、淋巴结清扫数目、术后住院时间及术后并发症等。结果〓两组患者手术均顺利完成,无死亡现象出现。单操作孔组与传统开胸手术组比较,淋巴结清扫数目及手术时间无差异,但术中出血量、手术时间、引流时间、总引流量、术后住院时间等均有显著性差异。结论〓与传统开胸手术比较,单操作孔胸腔镜下手术在非小细胞肺癌患者治疗中创伤更小,恢复更快,具有较高的疗效及安全性。

The application of single port video-assistant thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer

【Abstract】〓Objective〓To report the experience of single port video-assistant thoracoscopic surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods〓Eighty patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer were selected and received surgical treatment in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015. Among them, 40 patients underwent single-port video-assistant thoracoscopic surgery and 40 patients underwent traditional thoracotomy. The amount of bleeding during operation,time of pulling out the drainage tube, total drainage volume,number of lymph node dissection, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results〓All the surgical procedures were successfully completed,no death occurred. Compared with thoracotomy group, the number of lymph node dissection and the time of surgery were not significantly different in the single port video-assistant thoracoscopic surgery group. And the amount of bleeding during operation, time of pulling out the drainage tube, total drainage volume and postoperative hospital stay were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion〓Single port video-assistant thoracoscopic surgery showed less damage and faster recovery when compared with thoracotomy. This technique is safety and worth clinical promotion.
