加强高校统战工作,促进“五大关系”的和谐

政党关系、民族关系、宗教关系、阶层关系、海内外同胞关系,是党的统一战线领域需要认真把握和正确处理的五大关系。高校统战工作具有很强的综合性,应充分发挥自身的优势和作用,加强民主党派工作,促进民主党派组织的自身建设;正确引导师生的民族意识,营造团结友爱互助的氛围;加强宣传教育和有效规范,提高师生的思想素质和科学文化素质;从源头上加强对师生的教育引导,密切与新的社会阶层人士的联系,最大限度地团结和影响新的社会阶层人士;弘扬中华民族文化,密切海内外同胞关系,促进统一战线"五大关系"的和谐。

Strengthening the united front work in universities and promoting the harmony of 'five relationships'

The relationship between parties,the relationship between nations,the relationship between religions,the relationship between classes,and the relationship between siblings home and abroad,are the five relationships for the Party to seriously grasp and correctly solve in the field of United Front.The united front work in universities is so comprehensive that we should give a full play to ourselves′ priority and roles to enhance the work of democratic parties and promote the construction inside democratic parties;correctly guide the national consciousness of teachers and students,in order to create the atmosphere of solidarity,fraternity,and mutual aid;reinforce the propaganda and education,as well as effective standard,so as to improve the ideological quality and the scientific and cultural quality of teachers and students;strengthen the educational guidance for teachers and students from source,and enhance the relationship with people of new classes,and then furthest unite and influence the people of new classes;carry forward the Chinese national culture,keep close with siblings home and abroad,with an aim to promote the harmony of 'five relationships' in the field of United Front.
