一种麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机消毒效果观察

摘    要:目的观察一种麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒机杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果进行了检测。结果该消毒机开机运行10min内,管路内臭氧含量为2.99mg/m3,程序结束后,管路中过氧化氢气体浓度为135mg/m3;再持续干燥30min后,管路内臭氧残留量为0.023mg/m3,管路内过氧化氢平均残留量为1mg/m3。在上述条件下,即按消毒机工作程序(雾化15min、消毒60min、干燥10min程序),该消毒机对不锈钢片和聚四氟乙烯片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值均3.00。结论该麻醉机呼吸回路消毒机采用过氧化氢和臭氧联合作用的方式,对两种载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达99.9%以上,达到高水平消毒的要求。

Abstract:Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a disinfection machine for internal respiratory pipeline of anesthesia machine.Methods Carriers quantitative germicidal test was used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy of the disinfection machine.Results After the disinfection program start for 10 min,the ozone concentration in the disinfection pipeline was 2.99 mg/m3.The hydrogen peroxide concentration in the disinfection pipeline was 135 mg/m3 after the process end.After the following dryness for 30 min,the ozone concentration in the disinfection pipeline was 0.023 g/m3,the hydrogen peroxide concentration declined to 1 mg/m3.The average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtitle var.niger spores on the stainless steel carriers and polytetrafluoroethylene carriers by disinfection machine after the whole program(that was atomization for 15 min,disinfection for 60 min and dryness for 10 min)both above 3.00.Conclusion The disinfection machine uses combined disinfection with hydrogen peroxide and ozone.It can kill over 99.9% of B.subtitle var.niger spores on carriers after program humidity,atomization,disinfection and dryness,fulfilling the high-efficacy disinfection requirement.
