预应力钢套箱在湘江长沙综合枢纽工程中的应用

为加快施工进度，降低工程成本，在湘江长沙综合枢纽船闸工程中开发应用了以施加预应力及放张来实现组装和拆除的新型预应力钢套箱。结合湘江长沙综合枢纽船闸工程实例，对预应力钢套箱的制作要点、施工工艺及施工过程中应注意的问题做了详细说明。使用预应力钢套箱进行上下游引航道水下承台的施工，取得了预期效果。

Application of Prestressed Steel Case in the Integrated Hub Project of Xiangjiang in Changsha

In order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the project cost, a new type prestressed steel case is de- veloped and applied by prestressing and relaxing to realize assembly and dismantling in the integrated hub lock project of Xi- angjiang in Changsha. Combining with the concrete example of the integrated hub lock project of Xiangjiang in Changsha, it elaborates on the production points, construction technology and some problems that should be paid attention in the construc- tion process of the prestressed steel case. Applying prestressed steel case to the underwater platform construction in the up- stream and downstream approach channel achieved the desired results.
