摘    要:对电场极性影响池沸腾换热的机理进行了理论分析和实验研究。在实验中,换热面为一平板并接地作为0电极,高压电极为平行于换热面的线状电极。实验结果表明,正电压下的强化换热效果优于负电压下的强化换热效果。这是由于施加正电压时不会有阴极发射电子现象,而施加负电压会有阴极发射电子现象,阴极发射电子削弱了电场对沸腾换热的作用。

Abstract:The mechanism of pool boiling heat transfer influenced by different polarities of electric field was investigated theoretically and experimentally. The high voltage electrode was straight wire electrode parallel to the heat exchanger surface while the heat transfer surface of parallel plate was earthed as 0 electrode in this experiment. Experimental results show that positive voltage brings better enhance- ment effects of heat transfer than negative voltage, because under positive voltage there is no charge injection phenomenon which occurs under negative voltage, and the charge injection from cathode can weaken boiling heat transfer in an electric field.
