| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尼莫地平自微乳化液的处方。方法 考察了尼莫地平在不同的油及乳化剂中的平衡溶解度;以自微乳化效率为指标对不同的油和乳化剂进行配伍选择。同时进行了空白自微乳化药物传递系统 (SMEDDS)假三元相图研究以及含药SMEDDS在水和0.1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中的自微乳化效率的考察,确定了乳化剂和辅助乳化剂的最佳比例。结果 制得了安全稳定的尼莫地平自微乳化液。结论 通过处方研究确定了最终的处方。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop the formulation of nimodipine self-microemulsifying drug delivery system.METHODS The equilibrium solubility of nimodipine in different compositions of oils and emulsifiers was investigated. The compatible combination of oil, emulsifier and co-emulsifier was determined. The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of blank self-microemulsifying drug delivery system and the self-microemulsifying efficiency of nimodipine self-microemulsifying drug delivery system were studied.RESULTS A simple and stable nimodipine self-emulsifying drug delivery system was prepared.CONCLUSION The optimal formulation was determined. |
