| 摘 要： | 随着生物-心理-社会医学模式的建立以及流行病学、社会医学和医学人类学等学科的发展，社会政治、经济和文化因素在血吸虫病流行病流行中的作用逐渐被人们所认识，并形成血吸虫病的社会医学防治模式，以社会措施为主导的综合防治策略被提出。为顺应血吸虫病防治工作的需要，本文引入社会流行病学研究的概念和方法，以期为探索血吸虫病防治心策略提供参考。

| Abstract: | As the biological-psychological-social medical model being founded,and with the development of social medicine,epidemiology,medical anthropology and so on,the impact of social political,economic and cultural factors on the incidence and prevalence of schistosomiasis has been recognized,and the social medical model for schistosomiasis prevention and control consequently generated,which proposed an integrated control strategy led by social measures.In order to accommodate the needs of schistosomiasis prevention and control,this paper introduced the concept and methods of social epidemiology,hoping to provide references for exploring new strategies of schistosomiasis control. |
