摘    要:沥青路面难以探测的早期病害频发,严重影响公路的使用寿命。具有“核-壳”结构的微胶囊可对仪器难以检测的路面微小裂缝病害进行有效、及时的修复。为了进一步提高微胶囊囊壁材料的力学性能及热稳定性能等,本文选择碳纳米管作为改性剂,以脲醛树脂作为微胶囊壁材基质,制备了以碳纳米管改性脲醛树脂为壁材的沥青自修复微胶囊,研究甲醛/尿素比例、乳化剂用量及搅拌速度等因素对胶囊形貌、粒径与包覆率的影响。

Preparation of carbon nanotubes modified microcapsules for self repairing asphalt pavement
Abstract:The early diseases of asphalt pavement which are difficult to detect occur frequently, and seriously affect the service life of highway. Microcapsules with "core-shell" structure can effectively and timely repair the tiny cracks of pavement. In order to further improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of microcapsule wall materials, carbon nanotubes are selected as modifier and urea formaldehyde resin is used as wall material of microcapsule to prepare asphalt self-healing microcapsules. The effects of formaldehyde / urea ratio, emulsifier dosage and stirring speed on the morphology, particle size and coating rate of the capsules are studied.
