摘    要:深圳冠泽金融中心超高层办公塔楼采用带腰桁架的巨柱框架-核心筒结构体系,针对此稀柱网混合结构体系的结构设计、抗震性能要点进行了归纳总结;提出此类结构体系为了满足规范设计、抗震性能目标C,建议采取如下加强措施:增设带适宜刚度腰桁架的加强层以增强外框架刚度;加强层楼板采用钢梁+钢水平撑+钢筋桁架楼承板以可靠传递加强层外框架与核心筒间的剪力;设置约束型构造钢梁,与墙肢内型钢柱形成墙内约束型钢边框以提高底部、加强层核心筒的延性与整体性;多遇地震作用下,此体系核心筒需承担100%地震剪力。

Abstract:The super high-rise office tower of Guanze Financial Center in Shenzhen adopts the mega column frame and corewall structural system with waist trusses. The main points of the structural design and seismic performance of this hybrid structural system with sparse column grids were summarized. In order to meet the code design requirements and seismic performance target C, the following strengthening measures were recommended for this kind of structural system. The strengthening layer with the waist truss of appropriate stiffness was added to enhance the rigidity of the outer frame. The floor of strengthening layer adopted steel beams + horizontal steel braces + steel rebar truss floor to reliably transfer the shear force between the outer frame and the corewall. Constrained structural steel beams were set to form a constrained steel frame in the wall with the inner steel columns of the wall limbs to improve the ductility and integrity of the reinforced corewall at the bottom and the strengthening layer. Under frequent earthquakes, the corewall of the system shall bear 100% seismic shear force.
