| 摘 要： | 目的临床路径是一种新型的质量效益型医疗管理模式,是医疗管理者用来改善服务质量及控制医疗成本的方法之一。本文用卫生经济学研究中成本-效果有关概念和分析方法,对我院短暂性脑缺血发作进行实施临床路径前后的成本、效率和质量分析,为进一步控制医疗服务成本,使医疗费用结构更加合理,促进医院资源的有效利用提供必要的基础数据,为临床路径的进一步推行及实施提供依据。
