肝炎后肝硬化脾栓塞术后血小板参数检测分析

目的 :探讨肝炎后肝硬化患者脾栓塞术后血小板四项参数检测的临床应用价值 ;方法 :采用自动血细胞分析仪检测 3 0例健康体检者及 72例肝炎后肝硬化脾栓塞术患者的血小板四项参数。后者的检测分别在脾栓塞术前、术后一周末、术后二周末进行 ;结果 :72例肝炎后肝硬化患者脾栓塞术后血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板压积 (PCT)较术前明显升高、平均血小板体积 (MPV)明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血小板分布宽度 (PDW )变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5)。术后一周及术后二周的上述参数均接近健康对照组 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。术后二周较术后一周的血小板参数改善明显 ,但二者差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :动态检测血小板四项参数 ,对脾栓塞术治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进的疗效判断具有积极的临床指导意义

AJNALYSIS OF PLATELET IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS AFTER SPLENIC EMBOLIZATION

Objective:To explore the clinical value of platelet detection in patients with liver cirrhosis after splenic embolization.Methods:Platelet parameters,including level of PLT,PCT,MPV and PDW were detected using automatic hemacytometer in 30 healthy persons and 72 liver cirrhosis patients who had accepted splenic embolization.The detection time for patients was just before embolization,at the end of the first and second week after embolization respectively.Results:After splenic embolization, the level of PLT and PCT were improved, and the level of MPV was declined significantly(P<0.01), but thelevel of PDW was not changed apparently(P>0.05).The 4 parameters of platelet detected at the end of the first and second week after embolization were so near to those of healthy subjects that there were not significant difference between them(P>0.05).The improvement in PLT ,PCT and MPV received at the end of the second week seemed better than those at the end of the first week, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic detection of platelet parameters is helpful to evaluate the effect of splenic embolization for hypersplenism in patients with liver cirrhosis.
