摘    要:采用LiFePO_4、LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2和LiMn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)PO_4作为复合正极材料,考察了添加碳纳米管作导电剂对电池性能的影响。研究结果表明:以LiFePO_4、LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2和LiMn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)PO_4作为复合正极材料所制作的电池具有较好的安全性能,在正极片中添加碳纳米管作导电剂后可以提高电池的放电比容量,改善电池的低温性能和倍率充放电性能。添加碳纳米管作导电剂后的电池具有极佳的循环稳定性,3 C循环500周容量保持率为95.34%,循环1 000周容量保持率为90.09%。

Abstract:The effects of adding carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as conductive agent on the properties of lithium ion batteries using LiFePO4,LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 and LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4 as composite cathode materials were investigated.The results indicate that the lithium ion batteries using LiFePO4,LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 and LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4 as composite cathode materials show excellent safety performance.The discharge specific capacity,low-temperature performance and rate capability can be improved by adding CNTs as conductive agent in the cathode electrode.The batteries with the cathode adding CNTs as conductive agent exhibit excellent cycling stability,the capacity retention is 95.34% after 500 cycles and 90.09% after 1 000 cycles at 3 C.
