高效防腐中温磷化液LC-1的制备及性能

摘    要:制备了一种含Zn2+、Mn2+、N i2+三系离子的LC-1磷化液,通过硫酸铜点滴、氯化钠浸蚀、SEM等手段对磷化膜进行了测试,测定了磷化温度、磷化时间对膜层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,在磷化温度大于65℃,磷化时间大于10 m in的条件下,所形成的磷化膜结晶均匀、致密、黑褐色,耐蚀性良好。LC-1三系磷化液可适用于大批量钢铁工件的磷化生产。

Abstract:In this paper,the tri-component phosphating solution LC-1 containing Zn~(2+),Mn~(2+),Ni~(2+) ion were prepared.The corresponding phosphating film was evaluated with methods of dribble bluestone,sodium chloride etching and SEM,etc.The effect of phosphating temperature and phosphating time on the corrosion resistance of the film was investigated.The experimental results showed that the film formed in the phosphating processes get the best level of corrosion resistance when the phosphating temperature above 65℃,and the phosphating time above 10 min.Moreover,the phosphating film thus obtained has uniform in crystal structure,compact and dark gray.These obtained-phosphating solutions LC-1 are suitable for mass phosphating of iron & steel parts in production.
