窑炉温度检测中的软测量综述

摘    要:高炉各项技术、经济指标与炉温密切相关,炉温在线检测具有重要意义.由于温度高、影响因素复杂,高炉炼铁过程的稳定、协调、优化控制需利用易测过程变量对难以直接测量的待测过程变量进行建模,实现间接的在线测量.文中介绍软测量技术,重点论述软测量技术在窑炉火焰温度测量和温度预测中的应用,介绍国内外同行的相关研究成果,展望窑炉温度软测量技术的发展方向.

Abstract:There is a very close correlation between furnace temperature and its technical target. It is important to measure the furnace temperature on-line. For the aim of stabilization, harmony and optimize control of the steel-maklng process, and for the reason of high temperature and the complex influence factors, an indirect measuring method using secondary variable to get primary variable via modeling was needed. This paper described the soft sensor technique, discussed the applications of the soft sensor technique in flame temperature measuring and temperature forecasting, introduced the related research fruit and the trend of the soft sensor technique in furnace temperature measurement.
