Studies on the Relationship between Molecular Structure of Explosives and Their Ability for Accelerating Metal

Based on the quantum mechanics and chemical dynamics, the relationship between molecular structure of explosives and their ability for accelerating metal was studied, and it was found out the conjugate explosives have the characteristic of releasing energy rapidly, but the energy releasing rate of non conjugate explosives is not as fast as that of conjugate explosives, and the molecular structure of explosives is a main factor that affects the metal accelerating ability of explosives.
