| 摘 要： | 基于影响相似产品可靠性的主要因素，应用AHP方法建立相似产品的可靠性量化模型。其利用相似产品的可靠性数据进行可靠性评估通过收集相似产品可用的寿命数据和特征数据、分析相似产品的主要失效模式和失效机理、对新旧产品的性能和特性进行对比并建立新旧产品的相似性对比矩阵，以及确定新产品可靠性等步骤实现。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the main factors that influence similar equipments reliabilities,establish the reliability quantized model of similar equipments with AHP method.Adopt the reliability data of similar product to realize reliability evaluation.The evaluation process includes gathering the life-span data and characteristics data of similar product,analyzing the major failure mode and failure mechanism of similar products,comparing performance and characteristics of new and old products,establishing the similarity comparison matrix,and confirming the reliability of new product. |
