非路面全向电动底盘设计及研究

摘    要:非路面电动底盘主要由电动轮模块、驱动模块、及控制模块组成。电动底盘采用模块化设计理念,具有结构简单、行驶灵活、维修方便等实用特点。底盘采用轮毂电机、无转向电机技术,简化了传动系统,提高了传动效率;采用无刹车、驻车技术,使制动系统变得简单,提高了车辆的安全性能;采用四轮独立协同转向,减小了转弯半径,提高了车轮的转弯速度,提高了车辆的操控性能。

Abstract:The non-pavement electric chassis is mainly made up of electric wheel module, driver module and control module. Electric chassis has the practical features of simple structure, flexible and easy maintenance, etc, and it is designed by modular concept. In chassis where hub motor and no-steering motor are used, which facilitates the driving system and improves the transmission efficiency. No brakes and parking technology are used to facilitate the braking system and improve the safety performance of vehicles. Four-wheel independent steering which can reduce the turning radius that raises speed of the wheels turning and improves the control performance of vehicles.
