| 摘 要： | 近代租界口岸的开埠与海外移民潮的兴起,闽南传统民居逐渐地受到外来建筑文化的影响,形成了独具特色的近代洋楼民居。该文从家族伦理关系、日常生活方式、社会治安状况、地方风水观念等四个方面,分析了洋楼民居的形成发展与侨乡社会生活变迁的关系,并进一步剖析了侨乡近代民居发展的特征。

| Abstract: | After port cities opened to the world and the overseas migrants rose in modern times,traditional dwellings of Minnan district were gradually influenced by foreign architecture culture,and then the unique modern Yang-Lou house came into being.From the following four aspects-family ethic relationships,daily living style,conditions of society security,local views on Fengshui,the formation and development of Yang-Lou house and its relationship with the social change of overseas society are analyzed,and characters of modern overseas dwellings＇ development. |
