摘    要:目的:考察7种包括萜类、氮酮和尿素等促渗剂对辣椒碱体外经皮渗透的影响。方法:用改良的Franz扩散池,在离体透皮试验装置上,用高效液相色谱法测定辣椒碱含量并计算经皮累积透过量和稳态渗透速率,观察辣椒碱经不同促渗剂处理过的大鼠腹部皮肤的渗透性。结果:萜类和氮酮对辣椒碱经皮吸收均有促渗作用,其中樟脑的增渗比最大,达4.18;1%氮酮分别用50%丙二醇和50%乙醇作溶剂,其增渗比分别为1.06和2.03。而尿素对辣椒碱经皮渗透有阻滞作用。结论:促渗剂的选择要综合考虑促渗效果、促渗剂气味和理化特性、剂型等因素。

Abstract:Objective:To study the in vitro effects of 7 kinds of penetration enhancers on the transdermal permeability of capsaicin in rat.Methods:The enhancing effects of 7 enhancers on the transdermal permeation of capsaicin were evaluated using rat skin on the modified Franz diffusion cells.HPLC method was established to determine the content of drug in receivers at specified time points.Results:Both terpenes and azone were effective enhancer for transdermal permeability of capsaicin in rats.The highest enhancement ratio was observed in camphor(4.18).The enhancerment ratio of 1% azone solved in 50% propylene glycol and 50% entanol was 1.06 and 2.03 respectively.On the other hand,urea could retard the permeation of capsaicin in rats.Conclusion:Comprehensive factors like enhancement effect,flavor,physical and chemical properties,dosage form etc should be concerned in the selection
