在线用户创新社区创意采纳研究述评与展望

摘    要:用户创意是企业战略性创新资源,如何选择最有潜力的创意成为组织创造力和创新的关键。在线用户创意采纳作为创意质量高低的重要评判标准,成为学者们关注的焦点。文章系统总结了在线用户创新社区创意采纳的研究现状和未来方向,基于现有文献,首先介绍了在线用户创意采纳的概念及测量;而后梳理总结了在线用户创意采纳的影响因素及作用机制;随后归纳分析了在线用户创意采纳的三个研究视角;最后据此提出了一个整体的研究框架,提出了未来研究需关注的发展方向,以期为在线用户创新社区创意采纳的研究与管理提供参考。

Abstract:User creativity is an enterprise''s strategic innovation resource. How to choose the most potential creativity becomes the key to organizational creativity and innovation. As an important criterion for judging the quality of creative ideas, online user creative adoption has become the focus of attention of scholars. The article systematically summarizes the current research status and future directions of creative adoption in online user innovation communities. Based on the existing literature, it first introduced the concept and measurement of online user creative adoption; then combed and summarized the influencing factors and mechanism of online user creative adoption; then summarized and analyzed the three research perspectives of online user creative adoption; finally proposed accordingly an overall research framework, and the development direction of future research that needs to be paid attention to, in order to provide a reference for the research and management of the creative adoption of online user innovation communities.
