| 摘 要： | 目的：分析南京市高淳县人民医院上报的抗菌药物所致药品不良反应（ADR）,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2006—2010年上报的614例ADR进行统计分析。结果：614例ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件,其次为胃肠道损害。结论：应继续做好ADR监测工作,减少ADR的重复发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by antibiotics reported by Nanjing Gaochun County People’s Hospital for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS: A total of 614 ADR cases induced by antibiotics submitted from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The ADRs in the 614 cases presented mainly as lesions of skin and its appendants,followed by lesion of gastrointestinal tract.CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to the ADR monitoring so as to reduce incidences of ADRs. |
