摘    要:以碳酸钡和二氧化钛为原料,采用宽带激光烧结技术制备了钛酸钡陶瓷.利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、差热-热失重分析仪(TG-DSC)对钛酸钡陶瓷的组织结构进行了表征.实验结果表明,宽带激光烧结技术可制备出四方相钛酸钡陶瓷,其质量分数高达91.5%,且其居里温度从120 ℃被提高至125.9 ℃.

Abstract:Barium titanate ceramics based on barium carbonate and titanium dioxide is fabricated by wide-band laser sintering technology. Barium titanate ceramics is characterized by means of XRD and TG-DSC.The experimental results indicate that tetragonal barium titanate ceramics is synthesized by wide-band laser sintering,and its content is up to 91.5% of total.The Curie temperature is promoted from 120 ℃ to 125.9 ℃.
