| 摘 要： | 为提高病案首页数据质量,确保与病案首页相关统计、上报数据的准确性,以通过优化病案首页数据采集流程,实施病案首页数据三级质控,由病案管理系统对临床填写的病案首页数据进行数据过滤、转换、完整性验证、逻辑验证,最后将终末质控结果反馈给临床科室整改。管理与系统同步加强,相互促进,保障了病案首页数据质量,实现了上级管理部门要求的各种数据上报。

| Abstract: | Data quality of the front sheet of medical record should be raised to ensure the accuracy of relevant statistics. Three level quality control of clinical data source was implemented and data collection of the front sheet of medical record was optimized. After data filtering, data conversion, integrity verification and logic validation, medical record management system sent the results back to clinical departments over final quality control for further improving. Management and system needs strengthening and promoting each other to make the quality control better, all kinds of data reported successfully to related superior departments. |
