新生态二氧化氯复合解堵技术在河南油田的应用

聚合物驱油常伴随有地层堵塞，影响了驱油效果。由于堵塞物主要由聚合物及各种无机垢构成，直接采用强氧化剂解堵会腐蚀设备，安全性差，解堵效果不理想。针对河南油田聚合物驱油藏物性及地层堵塞物的特点，研究开发出了新生态二氧化氯复合解堵剂及其配注工艺。该复合解堵剂以二氧化氯粉剂为主剂，是一种潜在二氧化氯生成体系，由两种粉状物组成，其水溶液在地层条件下发生化学反应生成新生态二氧化氯，具有极强的破胶、杀菌、除硫和溶蚀各种无机垢堵塞物的能力；配注工艺简单可靠、针对性强。现场应用表明，新生态二氧化氯复合解堵技术可高效解除油田聚合物驱地层堵塞，措施井平均有效期可超过8个月且增油增注效果显著。

Application of Compound Plugging-Removing Technique with New Type Chlorine Dioxide in Henan Oilfield

Polymer flooding process is often accompanied with formation plugging, which can weaken flooding effectiveness. As the plugging materials mainly consists of polymer and various inorganic scales, applying oxidants to remove plugging will erode equipment with low safety and bad plugging-removal effects. In accordance with the characteristics of reservoir and plugging materials in Henan Oilfield, a novel plugging-removing reagent and injection process are developed. The reagent mainly consists of chlorine dioxide powder, and its solution in water can changed into new type chlorine dioxide through chemical reactions, which can effectively break gels, kill bacteria, remove sulphides and dissolve inorganic scales. The flooding process is simple, reliable and effective. Field applications show that the plugging-removing technique with new type ClO2 compound can effectively remove formation plugging induced by ploymer flooding process, its average valid period is over eight months, and its increments of oil production and water injection are very remarkable.
