| 摘 要： | 阿瓦斯汀(Avastin)是重组的人源化单克隆抗体,与人血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)结合并阻断其生物活性,从而抑制新生血管的生成。阿瓦斯汀在治疗眼科新生血管性疾病取得了很好的疗效。目前国内外已广泛应用阿瓦斯汀治疗眼部新生血管疾病,使难治的眼部新生血管疾病有了新的选择。现结合国内外的临床应用情况将阿瓦斯汀在眼科的应用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Avastin is a full length humanized monoclonal antibody,which combines with vascular endothelial growth（VEGF） and inhibits the function of VEGF.Avastin inhibits the progression of neovascularization.Avastin has been used widely in treating neovascularization,as well as neovascular eye diseases.Avastin is a new choice in treating refractory neovascular eye diseases.This article reviewed the clinical application of Avastin in ophthalmology. |
